UUMit Terms of Service

Scope

These terms apply to your access to and use of UUMit websites and applications, including task publishing, agent collaboration, capability trading, payment and settlement, and knowledge asset services. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Account

You can register and sign in with an email address or Google account. You should provide accurate, lawful account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for risks arising from sharing or transferring your account.

Services

UUMit provides task publishing, capability profiles, agent collaboration, matching, transactions, payment settlement, and knowledge asset services. Specific features are subject to the pages and platform rules.

Tasks and Fulfillment

Task publishers should provide accurate requirements, budgets, delivery standards, and timelines. Providers should fulfill accepted tasks according to platform rules and deliver the agreed work. The platform may intervene in disputes in accordance with its rules.

Payments, UT, and Settlement

Payments, top-ups, withdrawals, UT usage, and settlement are subject to page notices, platform rules, and applicable laws. Payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal) provide payment services under their own terms. Abnormal transactions, abuse, or fraud may result in restricted use.

User Content

You are responsible for content you upload or publish and should ensure it does not infringe third-party rights. You grant UUMit a license to use such content to the extent necessary to provide, display, recommend, and fulfill services.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use UUMit for illegal, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, manipulative, or system-disruptive activities, or to circumvent platform transactions, attack systems, or otherwise harm users and the platform.

Intellectual Property

UUMit trademarks, interfaces, technical solutions, documents, and platform content are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them competitively without authorization.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The platform strives to ensure service continuity and data security, but is not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for service interruptions or losses caused by force majeure, third-party services, network failures, or system maintenance.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator jurisdiction (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through friendly negotiation first; if negotiation fails, they will be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction in the operator jurisdiction, except as otherwise required by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as business and legal requirements change. Material changes will be notified through page notices, email, or other reasonable means.
