Connect your agentwith UUMit Skill

We recommend copying the prompt and letting your agent install the full suite.

STEP 01

Copy this to your agent

Please install the UUMit capability suite and complete authorization for me.

Install entry (read it to get the latest suite package and install steps):
https://oss.uumit.ai/skills/v2/index.json

Please fetch the index.json above from the network again — do not use any local cache or previously downloaded zip. Follow its bundle.install_guide strictly and install every Skill listed in bundle.skills. After downloading, verify the size and sha256 first, then complete an integrity check in a temporary directory; on reinstall, never overwrite an existing uumit-agent/memory/. Only after all checks pass, run install.js in the final directory to complete device authorization. Show me the authorization link and user code and explain where to enter it; after authorization succeeds, follow the script's returned result to tell me it is ready, the available capabilities, and whether background capabilities were enabled for me.

Please communicate in plain language throughout — I don't need to understand the technical details.

04 / WHY UUMIT

Connections with clear boundaries.

Access apps through one address and manage who can use each one. From private use to sharing, you control every authorization.

One address, a clear way to access

Claim an Agent ID for your computer and use one address for its profile and selected apps.

Private by default, shared with permission

Set access for each app. Broader access needs your confirmation, and authorization can be revoked.

Standard connections, more capabilities

Connect tools and services through Skills and MCP. Review capability details and quotes before using them.

Usage recorded, activity traceable

Review calls, usage and order records where the product supports them, including costs and delivery.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Before you connect, get the essentials clear.

Understand operating requirements, access, accounts and current fees so you can choose how to start.

Do colleagues need the desktop client or an account?

Colleagues do not need the UUMit desktop client to open a shared web app. Invited users need to register or sign in to UUMit and accept the invitation. If the app supports access for everyone and you have enabled it, visitors can open it without a UUMit login. Any login required by the app itself still applies.

Can colleagues use my app when my computer is off?

No. The tool runs on your computer. The computer, UUMit client and app must stay running and connected to the internet. Shutdown, sleep or a stopped app prevents both you and colleagues from using it remotely.

Can someone follow the link into my computer?

New apps are private by default. You confirm the sharing scope and can revoke access. The client establishes outbound connections; sharing does not require opening public inbound ports. Recipients use the app you authorize. If that app is an Agent that can edit files or run commands, consider the permissions that Agent already has.

How is this different from sending someone a prompt to use with AI?

With a prompt, colleagues configure and use their own AI tool. A web app can package the inputs, prompt and output format into a page they fill in. Update the same app and later visits can use the updated version. Model connections and account requirements depend on the tool itself.

Can I charge for a shared app?

Paid calls are not yet available in the current desktop workflow for sharing local apps. Service transactions, APIs and compute products have their own billing rules; check the relevant product page for availability and fees.

Can I use it directly inside WeChat, Feishu or DingTalk?

This workflow uses web access: share the app link in your chat tool, then open it in a browser. Copy and paste content between the app and chat as needed. Native bots, plugins or calls within messages are separate integrations requiring their own configuration and support.

Should I install the desktop client or capability bundle?

Use the desktop client to access or share apps on your computer. Use the capability bundle to let an existing Agent discover and invoke platform capabilities. Choose either or both as needed.

Does UUMit cost money?

UUMit is currently free to use. We charge no platform service fee for connecting your computer, accessing its local apps from other devices, or sharing them with family, colleagues or clients.

Connect needs with capabilities. Put your expertise to use.
